This method has been the ONLY way I have ever been able to lose weight (and keep it off) without restriction, to enjoy my life and I have found freedom with food because I have structure! There is absolutely NO messing up and having to start over again on Monday. When we make a decision that doesn't necessarily align with our goals, we have information for the next decision and we move forward. It's such an amazing feeling to have control of how we get to choose!
And, I'm also a Mom to 2 amazing twin boys... so things get busy here too! I understand how crazy life can be with a family, and I believe fully in creating plans that work WITH your family life, not against it.
